Don’t worry, we know how to help you communicate what’s in your heart and your head. We learn as much as we can about your day-to-day. So, we know that the kitchen nook needs to be large enough for a table, four chairs, and “Greyson the Great Dane”.

Our remodeling design team presents ideas for you to consider. We discuss, collaborate, and get excited. During this stage, we’re just working on the big picture and making high-level decisions about the floor plan, functionality, and design of your home.

Drafting & 3D Rendering
Digging into the details of how you will furnish and use the space is critical. We’ll develop floor plans, elevations, and renderings; and talk (sometimes a lot) about how to tailor the design to fit your needs and lifestyle. We'll also prepare the documents you’ll need to get bids from contractors.

Choosing a Contractor
If you have a qualified contractor you want to work with, we’re more than happy to collaborate with them. We can also introduce you to companies we’ve worked with in the past: reliable contractors with integrity, experience, skill, and the highest levels of professionalism. If you like, we can even help you evaluate the proposals and select a contractor.

Selecting Materials & Finishes
For some people choosing finishes and materials is a blast. They love visiting showrooms, shopping for tile, and picking faucets. For others, it’s their worst nightmare. Whether you love it or hate it, our designers will help you make a boatload of design decisions with confidence. If you want to go to showrooms, we’ll be your guide. If you want us to “just do it” that’s fine too.
Help Along the Way
Construction
During construction, we’ll be on hand to consult with you and your contractor as needed. If you wake up in the middle of the night with an idea or “second thought” about something, call us! (But it’s ok to wait until morning.)
